SMARTTUBE FIBER
The fiber laser technology reaches the production of cutting metal profiles and tubes, elements in high demand among those companies specialized in agricultural machinery. Smarttube Fiber is capable of processing tubes from ø20 mm to ø200 mm, as well as square profiles. In addition, thanks to its new fiber source laser cutting system, it can cut both open profiles, with the five-axis head, or closed.
With countless capacities and possibilities to provide solutions to the industry dedicated to the manufacture of agricultural machinery, this solution covers a wide range of profiles, with semi-automatic or automatic loading of up to 12 meters (100 kg/m) and can perform a controlled multiple discharge from the Central Numerical Control, CNC. The technical characteristics of the TCI Cutting Smarttube make it offer a complete solution, with very low energy consumption and unmatched cutting quality.
