Profiles and Tubes Cutting
The laser fiber technology arrives to profiles and tubes cutting production, very used in a wide range of sectors. The new system of TCI Cutting is able to process tubes from ø20 mm to ø220 mm, as well as square profiles. In addition, this new laser cutting system for profiles and tubes with fiber source enables to cut open profiles with the 5 axes head, or closed ones.
Fiber laser cutting technology for tubes and profiles makes it possible to eliminate processes before and after cutting that were necessary until now, which means saving time and increasing competitiveness and the opportunity to access market niches and new sectors.
With unlimited capacities and possibilities, this machine encompasses a wide range of profiles, with automatic or semi-automatic loading up to 12 meters. It can make a multiple unloading controlled by the CNC (Central Numeric Control). The technical characteristics of the TCI Cutting Smarttube make it the most flexible and versatile of the market, as it offers a complete solution with low energy consumptions and a unique cutting quality.
