The machine has two head options, 2D or 3D, for all types of materials and thicknesses according to the customer’s needs. Perfect parts and complex shapes without burr, for multiple sectors such as industrial machinery, industrial vehicles, energy, construction or automobile, among others.

Its high technology guarantees the highest productivity, profitability and flexibility, both in small and large series, with a maximum load length of 12 m and a discharge length of 6 m. It is a robust cutting solution with a cabin design that guarantees maximum protection and safety for the cutting operator. The machine has a weld detection system using an intelligent artificial vision camera.

Smarttube Fiber has the recognized TCI SMARTTOUCH V6.0 software, a human-machine interface that simplifies the use and maximizes the use of the machine to optimize its performance. Quick access to production queues, cutting parameters, machine status and diagnostics, peripheral management and other variables for maximum cutting machine productivity. The Interface connects with TCI Manager, intelligent production management software developed by TCI Cutting.
