TCI CUTTING WILL DISPLAY THE SMARTLINE FIBER AT METALMADRID, THE MOST INTELLIGENT LASER CUTTING MACHINE ON THE MARKET

TCI Cutting will be present again at the MetalMadrid industrial fair, held November 15 and 16, with the exhibition of the fiber laser cutting machine Smartline Fiber 3015, technology integrated in industry 4.0.

At booth BC03 in Hall 4, attendees will be able to experience live test cutting of the Smartline Fiber 3015, a machine suitable for cutting thin sheets but also capable of cutting sheets of greater thicknesses. We will show the high performance fiber laser cutting machine with an innovative and compact design – the most compact model on the market -.

The high energy efficiency of this intelligent fiber laser machine guarantees a greatly reduced electricity consumption (up to 4 times lower than other laser cutting technologies) with practically zero maintenance and is available in powers from 1000 to 6000 watts. In addition, the Smartline series of fiber laser cutting machines has the software and sensors to easily integrate into Industry 4.0, enabling our customers to have an intelligent production and adapt to the needs of the moment.

The fiber laser cutting machines of the Smartline series are capable of producing in an automated way by integrating loading systems and / or smart warehouses. Communication is established between machines, transmitting information live, as well as exchanging data throughout the entire production chain.

The control software and the monitoring integrated in this machine allows to visualize the state of the cutting program. This way those responsible for the production will receive messages or emails with the status of the system.

Our presence at Metalmadrid allows us to present and position our most innovative products in terms of laser and waterjet cutting technology. It also allows us to test the impact of these innovations, as well as to exchange knowledge and experiences.
